Real Estate Sales Report for Beaufort SC thru September 21, 2012

 

The information in this report is provided by the Beaufort SC Board of Realtors and Multiply Listing Service. This report is for northern Beaufort County, the Beaufort area “north of the Broad (River)” The sales figures include single family homes and condo/townhomes, not to include mobile homes.

Beaufort has sold through current date 506 properties (same date last year 425) with 127 under contract slated to close. The average price of the homes is $242,208, with a median price of $195,857, and an average day on market of 250 days (258 last year). The area of Burton had the most sales with 133, followed by Lady’s Island with 127 sales.
